Weight Goals?

Weight Goals?
I thought this would be a good place to go to post it since I notice a few of us here mention how we would ride better if "we lost that bit more". What are people's goals (if any) for losing or gaining weight?
Last year I went from 105kg down to 84-86kg while getting 82kg at my lowest point. Sadly, I put myself back to 92kg due to inactivity/poor diet and now I'm sick of being overweight
So to start off, my goals, here's hoping:
Start on 12/02/2012: 92.5kg
Target by 1/5/2012: ~86kg
Target by end of year: < 80kg
I swear there was a topic a few years ago about weight loss on this board?

I have been at it for a few weeks after piling a few kg on over xmas.
I was at 78.4kg a few weeks ago and last Friday was at 76.6kg.
I want to get to 72 by the time my Birthday rolls around in June but it won't be dead easy as after many attempts I've been unable to lose that final 5kg and I can see it being a tough slog, more mentally (diet) than anything.
I'd love to have some more bulk muscle wise but everyone I asks tell's me that trying to be some sort of distance runner and bulking up aren't bed mates so I'll settle for looking fit but being pretty skinny.
So goals would be:
Under 75.5 by the end of February
Under 74 by the end of March
Under 73 by the end of April
72 or under by the end of May

once i went over 110 i stayed there for quite a few years until i started riding, then i went down to about 105 and now i'm about 108 after not riding as much. Now i feel like i can't go over 110 even after being naughty. Now i have levelled off under 110 i need to kick start the next phase and get down under 100, but it feels like it's an impossible number to get too. I get close and then stop for some reason. Almost like i either don't deserve it or i will fail to get there so i stop myself early from failing. My head is fucked.

I think everyone does that mate, it's like a sub conscious thing. I am exactly the same, have been trying to lose this last 5-7kg for years and just keep sabotaging before I get there. I'd be happy to get under 70kg ..
though that's been a goal for a number of years now, so i suspect without a lot of pain and commitment, that's not gonna happen!
probably a better chance to get there right now since Miss V has her own weight loss goal.. so maybe that'll serve as some encouragement

In like you rod, I weigh in at 106 now, I can ride 4 days a week, gym 5 days a week and diet and with any luck I might get to 104 in a month? Or, I can eat KFC and slack off, and the worst case is I'll hit 109. Lol, I just seem to just stay around the 105 mark regardless of what I do.
