update today adds small checkmarks in the route list for those that you have already achieved.
Hooray!!!
Bout time - I stupidly did a couple or routes twice cos I either forgot to update them on Zwifthub or chose the wrong filter.... der

Heads up to those taking part in events on Zwift. The latest patch is borked and will lose your data. ask me how i know
This seems to happen if you do a warm up ride, then end that ride via the 'Go To Event' button. Your warm up ride will be saved fine, but the event data will be replaced with the warm up ride data. Suspect that the event data was not saved/uploaded to the zwift server and so it's gone forever.
The work around is to do a full shut down of Zwift prior to your event.
I had a quick go at Neokyo during a recent rainy day.
Graphically, it looks pretty damn good, especially on the PC. AppleTV version loses a bit as usual to keep the frame rates acceptable. The neon effect throughout reminded me of the Canary Wharf course on RGT.
There's a lot of twists and turns, which seemed a but unnecessary. Other than that, it's okay if you like flat courses.

A couple of new routes with the latest update.. Climbers Gambit and Legend and Lava. Basically both the courses used for the testing phases of the recent Zwift Academy.

Bit of a change of scenery for me. Threw the Zwift rig together yesterday The old i3 power supply died. Still very temporary, but nice to be properly indoors. The Wahoo mat and Tacx trainer is triggering all my mates from Culburra. So I am looking for a non Tacx/Wahoo wheel block just to wind them up

Nice setup Norbs!
obviously you'd need a wheel block with strong branding to make it obvious. The Elite Sterzo seems to have the company brand emblazoned proudly, though is somewhat pricey. I guess it depends on how much value you place on stirring up your mates.. but then, can you really put a price on these things?

Will be interesting to see how you attach the H-shifter to the bike.

The latest Zwift world (Scotland) is available to ride in the last round of the Tour de Zwift series. The course I did (Rolling Highlands) seems to be a combo of rolling hills interrupted by short punchy climbs.
sounds like Zwift is following in Strava's foot steps and planning a price increase. They also have a goal to rise from about 1 million users to 10 million users. Can't really see that happening.
PSA - if you spend a lot of time of the trainer and sweat a lot, check under your bar tape for corrosion.
completely unrelated.. I have just ordered a new set of handlebars and bar tape :P

My arms seem to be the only place that drips sweat on the trainer. I lay a towel over my bars to catch it. Some tennis wristbands would help as well.

Yeah, I have towels all over the front of the bike.

i always use a (admittedly fairly thin) towel across my handlebars. The location of the corrosion is pretty much at the wrist. Probably some tennis wristbands would have helped here.
I may investigate some basic carbon bars for this bike if it's going to be on the trainer. That'll solve everything
new/updated trainer on the block. Zwift Hub One. Looks really promising, though locking in the virtual shifting to the Zwift platform would likely be a non-starter for me :/
