Bugger I have one ride I need to sort out due to the Garmin cracking a spaz, probably won't get it fixed by tonight though.

So for the end of Jan, the graph looks like this...

And we managed a combined total of 4906 kms, with the target being 4166 per month, so we are 739kms (17%) in front! Whoohoo.

That will probably be my biggest month . I will have to start getting a bit more serious about doing some work very soon and that means less time for cycling :( I will definatly find it harder in winter as I have to start work at 7am most days and I have to take the work van full of gear

done :) i've relabelled my existing rollers rides as road:flat. they're only 10km a piece usually so in the scheme of things they probably won't add up to much!

I haven't updated Bikejournal yet, but I'll do that now. You guys are hammering out 30-60k's a day just about! I can only manage 10k's during weekdays and 23k's on the weekend near fucking killed me, lol. I envy you! I need less hills, lol.

It's great to see it on a graph. Puts things in perspective. Runkeeper is an awesome app too by the way, thanks Hz.

Yep that's the beauty of cycling, it's a non-impact sport so you quickly build cariovascular endurance and muscle fatigue is such that you can jump back on the bike each day. Keep going Santa, they way the worm is going we are going to need every last km from everyone to make it to the goal.
