I'm coming to the sad realisation that maybe 'Never Gonna Give You Up' will be No.1 =[

funny thing is the top 100 has been far more commercial or mainstream than what TripleJ normally play. At one point during the week i almost thought i'd switched over to GoldFM, it was all 70's, Bowie, Floyd.

I forget how big Oasis were during the 90s. I prefer other songs off that album but this was definitely the big one.

I know older people who have voted in this (in their 60s) but the voting is still going to heavily slanted towards the late teen/early 20s age group I'd imagine. I think the list has been remarkably evenly weighted with the older stuff vs newer stuff considering. There were a few earlier songs that I was a bit wtf but most have them have deserved to be in the list, if not where they actually placed.

Surprised at no Foo too. Still, Dave Grohl has played on No One Knows plus all the Nirvana stuff - pretty well represented. :tilt:

Wow, Everlong at 9. Really didn't expect it to be that popular, although I was in love with the song as soon as I bought the album when it first came out. Cracker of a film clip too hehe.
