maybe i am lazy but i am sick of having to click the top bar to go back to the index then click new post from there after viewing or posting a reply to a topic...

click the board index button, bottom left hand corner?

Or open the new posts window then middle click the topics you want to open them all in new tabs. That way the new posts window stays put and you just just switch back to it when you want to see what's changed.
